- 125 g flour
- 125 g crumbled Gavottes
- 250 g whole almonds
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ sachet baking powder
- 5 cl milk
- 5 g salted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- In a blender, mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and eggs.
- Add the crumbled Gavottes and almonds.
- Mix well until the dough reaches an even consistency.
- Shape the dough into 2 rolls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter with the milk and brush over the dough.
- Bake for about 1 hr. Remove from the oven and slice immediately before the rolls become dry out.
